Supervising attorney

We need a supervising attorney for the intake and signing process. They’re the person we can refer substantive legal questions to if something comes up that can’t be answered from your approved documents or instructions.

Case Criteria

Referral criteria

Every Qualified Referral we send will meet the following criteria:

  • Seeking legal representation following a motor vehicle accident
  • Injured and has received, is receiving, or requires medical treatment
  • Treatment commenced within 30 days of the accident
  • No gaps in treatment longer than 60 days
  • Reports they were not primarily at fault
  • Applicable motor-vehicle insurance coverage exists
  • Not currently represented by another attorney for the same accident, has not been dropped by a previous firm, and has not settled the claim
  • Signs your approved retainer documents before being referred to your team
  • Accident occurred within the last 24 months
  • Approved states: None selected yet
  • Pedestrian, cyclist & passenger referrals: Accepted

The wider the accident window, the more referrals we may be able to send your firm.

Only where applicable motor-vehicle insurance coverage exists.

03

Intake

The maximum number of Qualified Referrals your team can accommodate each month.

Referral volume is subject to availability. Your monthly capacity is a maximum, not a guaranteed volume.

We’ll send claimant details, intake information and signed retainer documents to the email address you entered above.

We’ll transfer claimants to this number once their retainer has been signed.

Used as a fallback when a claimant is signed outside your intake operating hours.

Calls will only be transferred while your intake team is available.
